Citrus Dijon Vinaigrette
zest from lemon
juice from lemon
3 Tbs cider vinegar
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 Tbs Brown sugar
1/2 cup EV Olive oil
whisk together first five ingrediants
add oil slowly whisking unti smooth which each addition
Serve over salad of choice
